Information for Test takers Regarding PTE exam postpone
Things you can do Before Your appointment
If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms like cough, cold or respiratory difficulties, try not to attend the exam either reschedule it or cancel the exam.
Check the Government advisory for travel & other restrictions. If you think travel is restricted in your area confirm it before your appointment or test.
Check your email account you used to book the PTE exam. For any rescheduling or postponing of exams, the test centres should automatically send a cancellation mail.
Check Before Attending your appointment
Upon arrival at test centres use hand sanitizer or wash your hands thoroughly. Bring a mask to cover your nose and mouth while sneezing or coughing.
Before giving the exam, the exam centre will confirm with you that you have not been in contact with any affected person and you are not having any symptoms of coronavirus.
You may be required to check for temperature upon arrival at the test centre. You will be allowed to wear a face mask and Disposable gloves during the test. Which however will be checked before and after the test.
Cancellation of Appointments
Whether you, the test centre or examination body cancel the exam due to preventive reason, you will get a PTE exam suspension notice via email. And the examination fee will be automatically refunded to the account you used during booking.
